We're looking for someone who is not green to the industry , isn't afraid to jump in immediately , and can thrive in an environment that is fast-moving, evolving, and sometimes a little chaotic . This is not a plug-and-play role. This is an opportunity to own your desk, partner with clients, and make an immediate impact. What You'll Do Own the Recruiting Process Manage and prioritize a high volume of unique, active requisitions Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates Source, screen, and qualify candidates across multiple skill sets Drive Candidate Experience Conduct phone screens and interviews Coordinate and schedule client interviews Present offers and support candidates through onboarding Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain ongoing relationships Partner with Clients Conduct role briefings and set clear expectations on searches Provide market insight, guidance, and recruiting strategy Maintain consistent communication on progress and challenges Adjust search strategies in real-time based on client needs Be a Market Expert Stay current on recruiting tools, trends, and best practices Understand client businesses, growth plans, and challenges Effectively communicate role opportunities and company value Operate with Urgency & Precision Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate documentation and communication Identify opportunities for continuous improvement What We're Looking For 3+ years of recruiting experience required (staffing agency experience strongly preferred) Experience recruiting for Office, Administrative, Accounting, Customer Service, Sales, or Legal roles Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex requisitions Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting tools Ability to prioritize, pivot, and perform in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Self-starter who is comfortable with change, ambiguity, and growth Why This Role is Unique Join a division with 30+ years of reputation through Personnel Partners Backed by the strength and infrastructure of Specialized Staffing Solutions Access to existing clients and active job orders Opportunity to make an immediate impact and help shape the division's growth Collaborative, team-driven environment with strong leadership support What Success Looks Like Consistently filling roles with high-quality candidates Strong client relationships and repeat business Organized, proactive recruiting approach Ability to balance speed, quality, and communication Ready to Join Us?
