You will help identify, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Source, screen, and interview candidates aligned with company culture and business needs Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications, including education, experience, and skills Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders Facilitate interview feedback collection and candidate evaluations Communicate job responsibilities, compensation, and career opportunities to candidates Assist in preparing and extending job offers Support campus recruiting efforts, including career fairs and networking events Represent the company as an employer of choice within the community and university settings Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring workflows within the applicant tracking system Ensure all recruiting documentation and reporting is organized and up to date Assist in drafting interview communications, offer letters, and candidate correspondence Our Ideal Candidate for this Role Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience 1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Analytical mindset with strong observation and evaluation skills Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong working relationships Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Use of AI in Hiring Thompson Thrift uses AI-assisted tools within our applicant tracking system to support parts of the recruiting process.
