Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to come aboard our Human Resources team. You will play a key role in supporting our company's growth by identifying candidates who align with our values and performance standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings Coordinate and schedule interviews, offers, and onboarding processes Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience(Preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools(ADP Experience Preferred) Self-motivated with strong organizational skills What We Offer Competitive Salary Health, Dental, and Vision benefits- 401K PTO and Holidays Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment
