Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description This contract Talent Acquisition Specialist role supports a large hospital system in the Kansas City area by managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions. You will identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates while partnering closely with other recruiting consultants and leveraging an Applicant Tracking System to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience. Responsibilities + Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. + Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for open positions within the hospital system. + Utilize the Applicant Tracking System ( ATS ), including Workday, to post jobs, track candidates, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity. + Collaborate with other recruiting consultants to balance workload, share candidate pipelines, and support high-priority hiring needs. + Partner with hiring teams and Human Resources to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with organizational needs. + Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the process to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure a positive candidate experience. + Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, documentation, and communication related to recruiting activities. + Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate quality. Essential Skills + At least 1 year of talent acquisition or recruitment experience. + Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through offer. + Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System ( ATS ); Workday experience required. + Human Resources or related recruiting functions. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication. + Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate screening and interviewing. + Ability to work collaboratively with other recruiters and HR partners. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree preferred. + Experience recruiting within the healthcare industry preferred. + Familiarity with large, complex organizations or hospital systems. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple requisitions. + Effective written and verbal communication skill To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
