This role is ideal for someone who can manage full-cycle recruitment in a fast-moving environment, connect effectively with a wide range of candidates and leaders, and maintain accuracy while handling multiple priorities. The position also calls for strong sourcing skills, schedule flexibility, and a willingness to travel as business needs require.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume openings, from sourcing and screening through offer coordination and hiring follow-up. Build active candidate pipelines using job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and other targeted outreach strategies. Partner closely with onsite and remote leaders to understand staffing priorities, align on hiring needs, and provide timely recruiting support. Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting data with a high level of speed and accuracy to support reporting and hiring progress. Conduct candidate outreach, interviews, and qualification reviews while ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the process. Support recruiting activities during evenings or weekends when needed to meet hiring demands and event schedules. Travel to locations across the country, including overnight trips, to assist with hiring initiatives and recruitment events. Collaborate across departments to keep hiring processes organized, responsive, and effective in a fast-paced work setting. 2-4 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or similarly fast-paced environments. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical recruiting experience. Hands-on experience using applicant tracking or recruiting systems; familiarity with enterprise HR platforms is preferred. Proven ability to source candidates through platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred. Ability to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, when hiring needs require it. Willingness and ability to travel nationally, including extended overnight travel up to 20% of the time. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and personalities.
