Cleaning Up Commercial Services is growing, and we're looking for a fun, energetic, people-loving Bilingual Recruiter to grow with us! We need someone who loves talking to people, knows how to find great candidates, and isn't afraid to think outside the box when it comes to recruiting. If you're upbeat, motivated, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Recruit and hire great people for our growing team Post and manage jobs on Indeed, Facebook, social media, job boards, and other recruiting platforms Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process Help with onboarding and getting new employees off to a great start Find creative new ways to attract candidates Assist with translating employee communication, documents, and job information when needed Work closely with our management team to keep positions filled

Who We're Looking For:

Bilingual - English & Spanish required A true people person with great communication skills Fun, positive, outgoing, and high-energy Experience using Indeed, Facebook, social media, and recruiting platforms Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized and great at follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Someone who wants to grow with the company , not just fill a position

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
