About this Role PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter with construction industry experience to support our growing workforce needs. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions, including field, skilled trades, and corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing high-quality talent in a competitive labor market. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of construction recruiting, understands the urgency of project-based hiring, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver talent strategies that support operational success across multiple regions. What You'll Do + Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for field and corporate roles + Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and role requirements + Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill construction and skilled trade roles + Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks + Build and maintain pipelines of electricians, linemen, project managers, and other critical roles + Attend job fairs, industry events, and workforce development initiatives + Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and market trends + Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and pipeline health + Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals + Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience + Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes + Maintain accura To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
