Responsibilities:

Manage the entire hiring process for Direct Support staff Review applications, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates Match qualified candidates with open positions Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including background checks Work closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met Create a welcoming and seamless hiring experience for new employees
