In this energetic role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse departments, with a focus on candidates who are fluent in multiple languages. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive successful recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract the best candidates to meet our organizational needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on our company's growth by building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive talent sourcing using various channels including social media management platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews (including interviewing for technical roles and executive positions), to extending offers and onboarding new hires. Engage in active talent pipelining through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management to build a robust candidate network. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with employment & labor law compliance. Utilize negotiation skills to present compelling employment offers while maintaining positive candidate experience throughout the process. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within ATS systems; generate reports on recruiting metrics and employee evaluation progress. Support campus recruitment initiatives and participate in training & development programs to enhance talent acquisition efforts. Skills Exceptional communication skills in both languages required for effective candidate engagement and relationship management. Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, social media management, and lead generation strategies. Proficiency with ATS platforms Demonstrated ability in negotiation, employee relations, contracts management, and employment law compliance. Experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting processes. Familiarity with sales techniques including cold calling and client relationship building. Knowledge of HR tools or similar CRM systems for effective talent management. Ability to research market trends and leverage social media platforms for candidate sourcing. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in employee orientation, employee evaluation, succession planning, and training & development initiatives.
