83 POSITION SUMMARY The Recruiter is responsible for supporting statewide recruiting efforts through job announcements, college relations, recruiting analysis and reporting. This role plays a key part in connecting talented professionals to meaningful careers at KVC while helping build a strong and diverse workforce. Hybrid; in office 1-2 days per week

EDUCATION
Associate's Degree preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Strong customer service focus Excellent time management and communication skills Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
One to two years of relevant work experience in human resources or related fields
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Post openings using recruiting resources including job boards, social media and professional associations Coordinate and track college recruiting initiatives, internships and practicums Maintain records on recruiting resources Attend a minimum of two career and job fairs per quarter Assist Talent Acquisition Recruiter II with researching and recommending new recruiting sources including industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and job boards Screen applicants to determine if they meet position qualifications Maintain applicant and interview data within the Human Resources Information System Partner with program staff to identify hiring needs and prioritize critical openings Perform additional duties as assigned for the betterment of
