Learn more about what we do at: https://www.psiexams.com/ About the Role PSI is looking for a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for driving strategy through execution for technical recruiting for US based IT roles across the organization. Supporting the organization with a focus a on leading the sourcing efforts, create deep active and passive candidate pools, and deliver on a candidate centric recruiting approach. This recruiter will be hands-on, personal, tenacious, data-driven, curious, and committed to finding, shepherding, and selling the best talent to join PSI. They will be an ambassador, of PSI's vision showcasing it to our candidates with every interaction and enabling candidates to get genuine insights into our culture and work. They will also be closely aligned with hiring managers and strongly networked across PSI, collaborating to understand hiring needs, develop specific recruiting strategies, and create job requisitions that deliver the candidates PSI needs. Responsibilities Work with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and create job requisitions Provide expertise in the identification of recruitment tools and sources for top tech talent, bring this expertise and enthusiasm for sourcing talent to the ETS organization Sourcing candidates through our Applicant Tracking System and pro-active recruitment of passive candidates through online databases and social media Personally, engage with promising candidates and use a consistent communication cadence to build their interest in PSI and keep them progressing through the hiring process Conduct initial screening to confirm candidate and position alignment Work with PSI stakeholders to gain an understanding of position and to progress and evaluate candidates through the formal interviewing and offer process Manage target metrics, TA recruiting standards, and drive positive overall candidate experience Provide feedback, insights, and trends to recruiting leaders and hiring managers Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to all stages of recruiting and the job function Requirements 5 years of full-cycle corporate/agency recruiting focused on Software Engineering, and IT searches is required Technical expertise/Knowledge Base in Software Engineering roles is required Advanced relationship management skills Ability to sell and effectively communicate with stakeholders in and outside the organization Expert skills in the Microsoft Office Suite + Talent Acquisition Software/Systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred Benefits & Culture At PSI, our culture is to be transparent and fair.
