Screen, evaluate, and guide candidate pipeline through every stage of the interview and placement process. Build and maintain a robust talent network while providing long-term career advice to industry professionals. Drive revenue growth through proactive business communication, sales strategy execution, and direct talent acquisition. Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry. Proven track record in employee selection, interviewing, or team building. Strong business acumen accompanied by clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills. Tenacious, goal-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and career advancement.
Compensation Package Details Total Target Compensation:
Base plus uncapped commission ($60,000+ in Year 1, $80,000+ in Year 2, and $100,000+ in Year 3)
