Responsibilities Utilize different methods to effectively source candidates Organize and promote hiring events Recruit, interview, select and administer background check and drug screen on applicants Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits Support onboarding of new hires Consult with Corporate Human Resources when necessary to ensure proper procedures are followed Complete other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
