$45,000 + bonus Onsite Position (M-F, 8am-5pm) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter to join our team in Florence, KY office. This role can be structured as either a contract-based position or a long-term opportunity , depending on candidate preference and business needs. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting through onboarding. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Provide regular updates and reporting on hiring metrics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an internal/corporate setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards. Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills. Contract recruiting or staffing agency experience a plus.
