In this energetic and fast-paced role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top-tier candidates across various departments, including clinical staff and executive positions. Your expertise in talent management, candidate sourcing, and full cycle recruiting will drive our growth and success. Collaborate closely with HR teams, hiring managers, and C-suite executives to ensure seamless talent acquisition that aligns with our strategic goals. Duties Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, utilizing ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, and Workday to streamline processes. Source candidates through diverse channels including social media management, candidate relationship management (CRM) systems, external recruiting platforms, and campus recruitment initiatives. Conduct comprehensive interviews, employing effective interviewing techniques to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through proactive communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate employment contracts and terms of employment while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law and HR sourcing standards. Utilize market trends analysis to identify talent gaps and develop strategic lead generation initiatives for hard-to-fill roles. Collaborate with senior leadership on succession planning, talent acquisition strategies, and employee orientation programs to foster long-term organizational growth. Skills Proficiency in talent acquisition platforms such as Salesforce, UltiPro, Kronos, PeopleSoft, and HRIS systems like HRIS or HRIS-related tools. Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices including full cycle recruiting, external recruiting strategies, and employment law compliance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels and manage client communication seamlessly. Experience in clinical staff recruitment and executive recruiting with a focus on relationship management. Skilled in negotiation tactics to secure top talent while maintaining organizational standards. Ability to analyze market trends and leverage data for strategic decision-making in talent management. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams of recruiters or collaborating across departments for recruitment process management.
