Role:

As a Recruiter at VulcanForms, you will support the growth of a high-priority advanced technology program. You will manage full-lifecycle recruiting across a variety of technical and operational roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract and hire top talent. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment that requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting. The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, and excited to build relationships with candidates while delivering a positive hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for technical and operational positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish recruiting priorities, provide regular updates, and drive efficient hiring processes
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Develop effective recruiting strategies based on hiring manager requirements and position-specific qualifications
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, thoughtful engagement, and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with Human Resources and cross-functional partners to support offer development, hiring processes, and recruiting initiatives
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities while managing multiple requisitions and competing deadlines
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records, and activity within the applicant tracking system
• Help promote a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring process across the organization

Qualifications:

• Three-plus years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly learn technical skill sets and understand specialized role requirements
• Ability to translate hiring manager needs into effective sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to recruiting
• Commitment to providing a positive and professional candidate experience

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, hardware, industrial technology, or other technical roles
• Experience supporting recruiting in an advanced technology or operational environment
• Experience sourcing both technical and hourly or operational talent
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth organization
• Interest in manufacturing, materials science, software, automation, or other advanced technologies

Compensation:

• \$72,000
• \$100,000 annually
