What You'll Do:
As an Engineering Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities.
Your day-to-day will include:
Connecting with
Talent:
Calling, texting, and emailing candidates to evaluate their qualifications.
Qualifying Candidates:
Conducting interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, and aligning talent with job requirements.
Building Relationships:
Establishing rapport with candidates and leveraging referrals to grow a robust talent pool.
Expanding Your Reach:
Exploring new recruiting tools, job boards, and forums to enhance sourcing efforts. Supporting the
Team:
Generating leads and referrals to assist our sales team in meeting client needs.
Ensuring Compliance:
Managing hiring paperwork, including E-Verify, I-9 forms, and client-required screenings such as drug tests and background checks. Collaborating for
