This role is built for seasoned agency recruiters. We're looking for candidates who come from a staffing agency background only. Corporate or in-house recruiting experience does not qualify for this position. Key Responsibilities Source top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and creative outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline Screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews, in-person meetings, and skills assessments Place candidates in the right roles quickly, matching skills, culture, and client needs Manage client relationships by understanding hiring needs, providing regular updates, and delivering standout service Hit and exceed placement goals while keeping your desk moving at a fast pace Cold call prospective candidates and clients to grow your network and fill open roles Manage your pipeline end-to-end, keeping every opportunity organized and moving forward Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process to a successful close Requirements Proven agency staffing experience is required — corporate or in-house recruiting experience will not be considered Track record of hitting placement goals and thriving in a metrics-driven environment Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools Strong cold calling and outreach skills with the confidence to build relationships from scratch Sharp pipeline management skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles at once A sense of urgency—you know that speed wins in staffing Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Self-motivated, competitive, and energized by a fast-paced setting Why You'll Love It Here This temp-to-hire opportunity puts you in the driver's seat.
