In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of business areas while partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting onboarding Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Maintain job postings and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate background checks and pre-employment activities. Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics. Represent RFCU at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives. Support onboarding activities, including offer documentation, new hire paperwork, and orientation scheduling. Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within HR systems. Assist with employee lifecycle transactions and People & Culture projects as needed. Qualifications 2-4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience managing multiple openings and competing priorities. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $75,000 /annually , excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
