•URGENT HIRE Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Manufacturing) - Temp-to-Hire - Up to $40/hr Lawrence, MA | Full-Time, Onsite | Free Onsite Parking About the Opportunity Our client, a growing food manufacturer in Lawrence, MA, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to own hiring for its production operations. They make scratch-made, restaurant-quality food products, and their team is expanding. You'll be the go-to recruiting partner for the production floor. You'll report directly to the HR Director and have real ownership and visibility from day one. The role starts as a 6-month temporary assignment, and the client is open to converting it to a permanent position for the right person. What You'll Do Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and hire for production roles: maintenance technicians, machine operators, production supervisors, and general managers.

Manage the full recruiting cycle:

writing and posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate and up to date. Coordinate background checks and keep hiring compliant. Coordinate onboarding so new hires have a smooth start. What We're Looking For 4+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing is a plus). Paycom experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple openings at once. Comfort working directly with plant leaders and hourly candidates. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. #RJADM45
