Recruiter | Food Manufacturing Roessel Joy is partnering with a growing food manufacturing company to hire a Recruiter who can keep up with a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for production and hourly roles, working closely with hiring managers to keep the team staffed and growing.

What You'll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and community outreach Partner with hiring managers on open roles, priorities and hiring timelines Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring events or open houses Keep candidate data and hiring activity up to date in the ATS Give candidates a positive, responsive experience from first contact to start date

What You Bring:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally high-volume or hourly hiring Food manufacturing, manufacturing or production recruiting experience strongly preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, proactive and comfortable managing many open roles at once ATS experience and comfort with job boards and sourcing tools #RJADM45

Pay:

$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
