We connect our clients with qualified vendors and serve as a single point of accountability for all service management needs. Our Talent Acquisition Specialists play a key role in building our team—helping attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll support full-cycle recruiting efforts, partner closely with hiring managers, and help drive hiring success across the organization. Why Work with City Wide? What You'll Do:
Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and candidate profiles Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future roles Utilize sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake to identify top talent Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and organized process for candidates and internal teams Collect and document interview feedback and assist in candidate evaluations Support the offer process, including preparing offer details and communicating with candidates Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate documentation throughout the hiring process Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Post and manage job openings across company platforms and job boards Assist in drafting compelling job postings that clearly communicate role expectations Support employer branding initiatives, including referral programs, job fairs, and recruiting events Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred 1-3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment If you're passionate about connecting people with opportunity and want to be part of a growing organization, we'd love to hear from you.
