This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, recruiting, sourcing, inside sales, customer service, or another high-volume, phone-focused environment . Previous staffing agency experience is highly desirable, but we are also open to someone with the right transferable experience who is interested in building a career in recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, connecting with new people, working toward goals, and independently managing a busy pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and follow up with applicants Source and recruit candidates for high-volume hourly positions Conduct candidate phone screens Build relationships with candidates and maintain consistent follow-up Guide applicants through the application and hiring process Assist candidates who need additional support navigating application requirements Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the CRM/database Independently manage a high-volume candidate pipeline

What We're Looking For:
