Responsibilities and essential job functions:

Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams. Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
