$30-38/hr Recruiter Contract to
Hire Onsite Norwell, MA Must Haves :
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting High volume recruitment experience Experience recruiting for blue collar operations, warehouse, field service, or skilled trade positions Comfortable with some local travel to career fairs
Preferred :
Automotive Industry experience Experience with hiring technicians

Norwell, MA We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a growing organization with a strong blue-collar workforce. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for positions across operations, field services, distribution, and skilled trades.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and salaried positions Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication Track recruiting activity and provide hiring updates #AFHR #LI-TR1
