Through the end of September Background check required Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of field, operations, manufacturing, and skilled labor positions. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract qualified candidates for essential, hands-on roles. The Corporate Recruiter will support the company's continued growth by managing multiple open positions, building strong candidate pipelines, and providing a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from opening a requisition through offer acceptance. Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for manufacturing, operations, field-based, industrial, and blue-collar positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms. Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, networking, and other channels. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure candidates receive timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process. Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent-attraction initiatives as needed. Qualifications At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for high-volume, manufacturing, industrial, environmental, field, operations, or blue-collar positions strongly preferred. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms. Ability to work onsite five days per week in Somerville through the end of September. Ability to successfully complete a background check. #TNG123
