Full-Time About the Position We are seeking a motivated, Khmer-speaking Recruiter to join our growing staffing team in Wilmington, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is energetic, driven, eager to learn, and motivated by results . The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with candidates, building relationships, and making a high volume of phone calls and emails. Previous recruiting experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, and other positions Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective candidates Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and placement process Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in company systems Assist with onboarding, documentation, and placement processes Work closely with clients and internal team members to meet staffing needs Meet recruiting and placement goals Qualifications Fluent in Khmer and English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Go-getter mentality with a strong sense of urgency Eagerness to learn and develop recruiting skills Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and sending emails Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus What We Offer $50,000-$55,000 base salary + commission Monday-Friday schedule Consistent 8:00 AM-4:30 PM hours On-the-job training and opportunity to grow Opportunity to earn additional income through commission Fast-paced and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to build a long-term career in staffing and recruiting Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who wants to succeed .
