Robert Half Recruiter Woburn, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role requires a motivated individual with strong sourcing abilities and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a vital role in managing the full recruitment cycle while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various industries.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, including the C-suite, to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates while ensuring a seamless and detail-oriented experience throughout the hiring process.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems like Workday, Payscale, and Paycom to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address hiring needs in high-growth environments such as financial services, healthcare, or fintech.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and industry standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes. Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and onboarding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, such as Workday, UKG Ready, Payscale, or Paycom.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while fostering positive internal relationships.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment and corporate hiring environments.
- Familiarity with industries such as financial services, healthcare, fintech, or other high-growth sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and standards.
