This Long-term Contract position will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, helping teams attract, assess, and secure talent across a range of roles. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and uses applicant tracking systems effectively to manage a high volume of openings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and talent outreach through interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding handoff.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, including database searches, networking, referrals, and job board activity.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and adjust search strategies based on business needs.
• Screen applicants to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit before advancing candidates through the hiring process.
• Drive multiple openings at once while maintaining organization, timely communication, and a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and keep records accurate, current, and compliant.
• Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen candidate flow, and support successful hiring outcomes. Requirements
• Demonstrated experience handling full cycle recruiting in a corporate or healthcare-related environment.
• Strong background in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels for both active and passive talent markets.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment demands without sacrificing quality or responsiveness.
• Hands-on experience working within an applicant tracking system to document and manage hiring activity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing requisitions and deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively and move searches forward with sound judgment.
