Serve as a recruiter for DCI Solutions Utilize job listing tools to optimize responses Create and post job descriptions Conduct complete pre-screening activities for prospective employees Skillset, locality/relocation, verification of clearance, and salary range Source and attract both active and passive job seekers

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's Degree Must have Department of Defense Experience Experience utilizing Job Boards/Aggregators, Applicant Tracking Systems Excellent verbal and written communication Must be a U.S. Citizen and obtain and maintain government clearance
