Job Description
Role Overview The Recruiter is responsible for driving a high-volume caregiver hiring pipeline in a fast-paced home care environment. This role owns the full candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring speed, consistency, and a strong conversion rate from application to active hire. The Recruiter is expected to proactively build a pipeline, maintain continuous candidate engagement, and eliminate delays that impact staffing. This position plays a direct role in meeting daily hiring targets, supporting case coverage, and scaling a new and expanding office. Success in this role requires urgency, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and follow-through. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a consistent daily pipeline of caregiver applicants through job boards, outreach, and referrals Review incoming applications and initiate contact with candidates within the same day Conduct initial screenings via phone or text to assess qualifications, availability, and fit Own candidate follow-up from first contact through onboarding process Guide candidates through onboarding requirements, including document collection, background checks, and clearances Track candidate progress and maintain accurate, real-time updates in internal systems Identify pipeline gaps (low applications, no-shows, incomplete files) and take immediate action to correct them Partner with the Branch Manager to align hiring activity with daily and weekly staffing needs Support staffing efforts by aligning available caregivers with open cases when needed Maintain a high level of communication with candidates to ensure engagement and commitment Ensure all hiring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant before candidates are cleared to work Performance Expectations Maintain a consistent daily pipeline of qualified caregiver candidates Meet weekly hiring and onboarding targets set by leadership Achieve fast turnaround time from application to hire Minimize candidate drop-off through proactive follow-up Maintain high accuracy in candidate records and onboarding documentation Education Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
Experience:
