launch recognition programs, track turnover, and design retention strategies that keep caregivers engaged. Be the culture champion
deliver warm, inspiring orientations that make every new hire feel like family. Own compliance & HR essentials
maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready. Stay agile
jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office savvy). High school diploma or GED (bonus points for healthcare or customer service experience). Sharp communication skills
