All Roads, with over 40 locations in 12 states is searching for a Jr. Bilingual Recruiter to join us onsite in Dundalk, MD. We will provide training

• 62,000 based on experience Full time hours, Monday

Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...) Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering manager and candidate requests, questions and proactively finding solutions. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. Other duties as needed.
