Job Description

Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Frederick Health and Human Resources team to recruit diverse clinical and nonclinical talent throughout the organization. The TA Partner will handle the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, extending employment offers, coordinating pre-employment/new hire paperwork processing & engaging with new hires throughout the onboarding process. The TA Partner will coordinate and attend recruitment events on and off campus, representing Frederick Health. The TA Partner will communicate compensation, benefits, job descriptions and position requirements to applicants. Supports, and is responsible for incorporating into job performance, the Frederick Health (FH) mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy and adheres to the FH Compliance Program, including following all regulatory requirements and the FH Standards of Behavior.
Example of Essential Functions:
  • Partner with leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiative
  • Coordinate on-site job fairs and attend college and other offsite recruitment fairs
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Partner with Marketing team to create new recruitment brochures, nursing information documents and other forms of advertising for the health system Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the documented ability to establish rapport, build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address business needs and influence outcomes
Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required:
  • Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Four years of recruitment experience is required with two years' experience in healthcare industry preferred.

Salary Range:
