Job Description:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their client's dynamic team in the Jessup, MD area. This role involves identifying and engaging top talent for various positions within the organization, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and contributing to the company's growth by bringing in high-quality candidates.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and platforms. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment Experience in a manufacturing environment Proficient in a ATS platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 100% onsite

Additional Details:
Salary Range:
