This role is integral in managing the recruitment of top-tier educational professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment with the ability to build and maintain relationships, solve problems effectively, and support our mission of enhancing educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates for a range of roles, including special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and instructional facilitators. Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates with the qualifications and experience required for each role. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews with school administrators and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely process for both candidates and schools. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs by networking and building relationships with potential candidates. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and support to ensure a positive candidate experience. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and other team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs and objectives. Accurately track and document all recruitment activities, including candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and hiring decisions, in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with composure. Proficiency in Gmail Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other office software. Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the educational or healthcare staffing industries.
