Job Description
Role We are hiring a recruiter to source, screen, and hire employees across field operations, administrative, and management roles. This position is responsible for producing hires. Not posting ads and waiting. Responsibilities Source candidates (Indeed, LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals) - and utilization of other platforms & methods.
Recruit for:
Laborers, operators, drivers Project managers, estimators Admin and support staff Executives (Class C) Screen candidates and schedule interviews Track candidates and maintain hiring pipeline Coordinate with management on hiring needs Push candidates through to offer and start date Requirements Experience recruiting in construction, industrial, or skilled trades preferred Able to source candidates directly (not just rely on inbound applications) Organized and able to manage multiple open roles Strong follow-up and communication Can work without constant supervision Apply Send resume and a brief summary of: Roles you've filled How you sourced candidatesBenefits:
