Talent Acquisition Specialist Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides administrative and operational support for high-volume recruitment activities and special workforce projects across the health system. This position is responsible for coordinating recruitment-related processes, maintaining applicant and onboarding documentation, supporting workforce transition activities, and assisting with the logistical and administrative needs associated with organizational initiatives and other special projects. Responsibilities also include interview coordination, applicant tracking system maintenance, recruitment event support, and ensuring recruitment workflows are completed in a timely and organized manner in accordance with established procedures and operational needs. Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements Education Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field is required, two years of related experience in lieu may be considered. Certification Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred. Experience Minimum one (1) year of administrative/office experience is required. Previous recruitment or human resources experience preferred, specifically in high-volume or healthcare environments.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Schedule:
Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday. Requires evening or weekend work to attend job fairs.Hybrid Benefits:
