Location :

Auburn, ME Job Duties:

• Recruit high volumes of candidates for clerical, manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial positions
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientations, and start dates
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage candidate pipelines and update recruiting systems daily
• Work closely with Branch leadership and customers to prioritize hiring needs
• Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting experience required
• Light industrial or manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Experience with Indeed, resume databases, or ATS systems preferred

Pay Details:

$28.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
