As we continue expanding, we're looking to add a experienced Recruiter to our team to help us attract top talent and support our growth. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, experienced Recruiter to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, understands high volume hiring, and can quickly identify strong candidates. You will be an addition to our growing recruiting team and will work closely with our Head of Recruiting, receiving hands on training and guidance to ensure success in the role. This position plays a key part in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across multiple departments, directly contributing to the company's continued growth. Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates using job boards and networking Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews Coordinate interviews Plan new hire training dates with sales trainer Manage and update job postings across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires Meet weekly hiring goals and deadlines Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of recruiting experience (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using job boards, CRM tools Self motivated and goal oriented What We Offer Competitive base pay plus commission structure (based on experience) Performance based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive, high energy team environment Why Join Mortgage Express? $60,280.62 - $90,961.61 per year
