Universal Health Services operates Forest View Hospital, a private 108 bed facility that serves children, adolescents and adults and has recently opened Southridge Behavioral Hospital, a joint venture with the Trinity Health System, which serves 96 adult and geriatric patients. In addition to providing exceptional inpatient care, our facilities also offer outpatient services to the community through the Branches Outpatient Center. As part of our continued success and growth in West Michigan, we are seeking qualified applicants for a Talent Acquisition and Nurse Recruitment position. We believe that caring, dedicated and valued staff provide outstanding patient care. We are seeking high caliber nurses that will provide innovative and evidence-based care focused on our patient's individual needs, comfort and safety.
Position Description:
The Nurse Talent Acquisition/Recruiter manages the recruitment and selection process for RNs and LPNs across the West Michigan market. This position includes the development and implementation of recruitment plans, advertising programs, metrics, and recruitment related initiatives. They will directly post requisitions, source and interview candidates, negotiate salary, and hire qualified candidates. This role ensures compliance with hospital policies, corporate requirements and relevant employment laws.

Qualifications:
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Health Care related field from an accredited educational institution required. Two years full-cycle recruitment experience within a healthcare setting required. 3-5 years experience preferred.
