Do you like working in a multi-dimensional work environnment where you are assisting a variety of companies and helping them find top talent in our local market? Then you could be our newest Team Member ! Express Employment is in need of an experienced Inside Employment Specialist for our local Lansing office. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of inside sales experience, customer service or account management. Responsibilities of the Employment Specialist Develop and maintain recruiting sources to ensure consistent applicant flow. Conduct job interviews, administer evaluations, evaluate applicant skills, abilities and talent Maintain and drive in new business by phone and in person Assign associates to client accounts, advising associates of client's location, the person to whom they will report, working conditions, essential job functions, work schedule, pay rate, and all other pertinent information Monitor and record associate performance and provide necessary feedback Requirements of the Employment Specialist Associates degree or real life recruiting experience Passionate about sales and service Preferred prior customer related work experience Minimum 2 years of managing others Minimum 2 years of hiring or inside sales experience Understanding of account management Solid phone and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of general business, office terminology and basic computer skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively Full cycle recruiting experience preferred Excellent attendance and work ethic Commissions and Bonuses provided
