In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, advise hiring managers, coordinate recruiting programs, and help strengthen our approach to attracting and hiring talent. What Can We Offer You? 15 vacation days, 12 sick days, and 12 paid holidays per year 401(k) plan with up to a 9% employer contribution and match Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and AD&D benefits $150 annual logo wear allowance $400 annual wellness subsidy or reimbursement Student debt repayment or tuition reimbursement, with a $6,000 lifetime maximum Annual incentive opportunity for benefit-eligible employees What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, assessments, background checks, offers, and onboarding handoffs. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Build talent pipelines through networking, social media, professional organizations, colleges and universities, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels. Advise and coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, selection practices, and the candidate experience. Lead and coordinate internship, campus recruiting, career fairs, and other talent pipeline initiatives. Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, educational institutions, vendors, and community partners. Use recruiting data and market insights to identify trends and make practical recommendations. Identify and lead improvements to recruiting processes, tools, systems, and candidate communications. Maintain accurate recruiting information and help ensure hiring practices follow employment requirements and GreenStone policies. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. Three or more years of professional Human Resources experience, including talent acquisition and recruiting responsibilities. Five or more years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting and partnering directly with hiring managers. Experience developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines for a variety of positions. Experience coordinating recruiting programs, projects, or hiring initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and employment laws related to recruiting and selection. Experience identifying and implementing recruiting process improvements. Strong communication, consultation, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and complex recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
certification Experience recruiting for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions Experience supporting internship, college recruiting, or early-career programs Experience with recruiting analytics, process improvement, or applicant tracking system enhancements What Makes You Successful Build and execute effective sourcing strategies. Establish trust and credibility quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and partners. Coordinate people, processes, and priorities to keep recruiting work moving. Provide practical guidance and take ownership of recruiting needs. Identify opportunities for improvement and take action.
