Key Requirements & Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree/coursework preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in recruiting or human resources.

Skills:

Strong administrative, clerical, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Communication:

High-level interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Compliance & Confidentiality:

Strictly maintains organizational policy, employee privacy, and data confidentiality while meeting firm deadlines.
