We are seeking a Full-Time Recruiter with proven experience to help us scale our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build strong candidate pipelines. What You'll Do Source, engage, and recruit qualified candidates through phone, text, email, job boards, and networking Conduct phone interviews and in-depth candidate screenings Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring goals Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings Track applicant progress and maintain organized, consistent communication Represent our company at job fairs and recruiting events What We're Looking For Previous recruiting experience required (agency or in-house preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates Confidence handling high-volume recruiting and managing multiple roles Highly organized with strong attention to detail Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus What We Offer Full-time, Monday-Friday, weekends when needed Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Supportive, team-oriented environment Fun, team-oriented environment with room to grow If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys building teams, driving results, and making an impact, we want to hear from you.
