Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high-energy Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our Grand Rapids operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and moving candidates through the hiring process while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in keeping hiring pipelines active, filling hiring classes, and building excitement about opportunities at Evolution.
ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboardingConduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communicationDrive candidate engagement through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreachBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needsPartner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training teams to meet hiring goalsTrack recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS recordsSupport sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach Qualifications1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-volume environmentExperience recruiting for hourly, entry-level, hospitality, retail, customer service, staffing, call center, gaming, or similar rolesHigh-energy, positive, and relationship-drivenStrong communication and candidate engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detailComfortable working toward hiring goals and recruitment metricsProficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsPreferredKnowledge of the local talent marketExperience with hiring events, community outreach, and workforce partnershipsAdditional language skills are a plusAdditional InformationThis position is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing team, we also offer:
