We're looking for a Recruiter to join our Employment Solutions team.

Full-Time Compensation:
40-45,000 + Uncapped Commission This is not a role for someone who wants to simply post jobs and wait for applicants. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, proactively sourcing talent, managing multiple priorities, and moving quickly when clients need support. This role focuses on recruiting for light industrial and administrative support positions, including laborers, sorters, administrative assistants, and similar operational support roles. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple openings simultaneously and building talent pipelines across a range of skill levels. You'll work directly with hiring managers, candidates, and internal leadership to identify talent, support client hiring initiatives, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through placement Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, databases, and recruiting tools Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and overall fit Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring client needs Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Work closely with account managers and leadership to understand client priorities Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS Track recruiting activity and performance metrics Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes Deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through start date
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role required, such as hospitality, retail, customer service, staffing, sales, healthcare support, or other service-oriented environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Comfortable speaking with candidates, clients, and internal team members throughout the day Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of urgency and follow-through Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology platforms Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
