WHAT YOU'LL DO
Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities Build pipelines of qualified talent across manufacturing, skilled trades, professional, and administrative functions Source candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach Conduct candidate interviews and assessments Build relationships with active and passive candidates Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience Partner closely with business development and account management teams Create talent pipelines before the need exists Become a trusted advisor to candidates throughout their career journey Help shape the future growth of Qualigence Staffing
WHO YOU ARE
Competitive Driven Curious Resourceful Resilient Relationship-focused Highly organized Accountable Comfortable moving quickly and making decisions Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment You likely have recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience. You understand that great recruiting is part sales, part strategy, and part relationship-building. Most importantly, you have the mindset to build.
