Essential Job Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels. Create and post job advertisements across various platforms. Review resumes, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews. Ensure job descriptions remain accurate and aligned with organizational needs. Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities. Support onboarding activities for new hires. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring activity. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies. Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient HR office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources functions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR Software, Applicant Tracking Software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
