Full Job Description Talent Acquisition Manager About The Professional Group:
The Professional Group (TPG) provides janitorial services, janitorial supplies, and landscaping/snow removal services throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. TPG has been in business for 30 years providing excellent customer services for office buildings, medical facilities, banks, manufacturing facilities and Sports and Entertainment venues. TPG does not hire employees. We hire Professionals.
JOB SUMMARY TPG
is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager to elevate and drive the recruitment strategy for our business. This is a key leadership role, ideal for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional who is ready to lead our recruiting TEAM. The TAM, must have excellent organizational skills and work well with internal management. Must be a skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Must be able to exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, organize and plan. Ability adjust to changes as dictated by business needs. Excellent staff management skills.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to work under time constraints and meet specific timelines. Track, collect and maintain data for ongoing hiring compliance records. Understand the needs of our operations TEAMs and ability to recruit and fill large scale acquisitions and new sales. Develop best practices, implement, maintain and monitor. Create and maintain contacts for internal talent, and outside temporary agencies to fill large scale sports and entertainment venues. Add and update items in the internal company database. Maintain various Excel spreadsheets, ADP, AODocs and conducts audits of HR data. Recruit, interview and onboard executives, management and hourly Professionals. Survey wages and salaries locally, and new target States throughout the mid-west. Conduct background checks and drug testing as required by account specifications. Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's information. Protect sensitive data. Experience in managing a TEAM of internal recruiters in HQ, and accounts in the Midwest. Promote and exhibit Company culture and values. Other duties as assigned by management.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Communications SHRM certificate a plus. 5+ years' experience in recruiting management and hourly Professionals in multiple Midwest -States Strong skills in managing recruiting staff. Knowledge of recruiting programs and HRIS Microsoft Office strong emphasis in Excel Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasional lifting from 5 - 10 lbs., unassisted (from 0 - 15% of the time) Sitting for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks. The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary #
